What is a Traineeship?
Gateway Education Traineeships will prepare you for a career by developing your skills and growing your confidence while you gain valuable work experience. Gateway Education will ensure you have the necessary skills employers look for including Maths, English and the experience needed to kick-start your career.
The Traineeship can last from as short as six weeks to as long as six months, with the Programme matched to your individual needs.
The Programme will cover
- Work Preparation including Employability Skills
- Enhancement of literacy and numeracy
- Relevant industry training
- Opportunity to work in a paid Apprenticeship
Gateway Education will mentor and support you throughout the Programme towards your transition into the workplace. We strive to provide an excellent learning experience too all those that enroll on the Traineeship with us.
Successful completion of the Traineeship will prepare you for a paid Apprenticeship where you can work towards a recognised qualification in Health & Social Care, IT, Childcare, Teaching, Management, Team Leading, Business & Administration and Customer Service.
