What is an Apprenticeship?
Gateway Education Apprenticeships will kick-start your career with valuable paid work experience, whilst you work towards a nationally recognised qualification. The Programme will provide you with a rewarding job that will boost your confidence and credentials.
You will gain the following from the apprenticeship:
- A Technical Certificate
- QCF Diploma in your chosen industry
- Functional Skills in English & Mathematics
- Employment Responsibilities & Experience
- A dedicated assessor to mentor you throughout the Programme
Successful commitment and completion of the Apprenticeship Programme will lead to career advancement, new opportunities and increased wages. Gateway Education currently offers recognised qualifications in Health & Social Care, IT, Childcare, Teaching, Management, Team Leading, Business & Administration and Customer Service.
The Apprenticeships typically start at Level 2 and take 12 months to complete. We also offer Apprenticeship progression routes at Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5. Gateway Education will first carry out an Initial Assessment to identify your individual needs & skill sets to determine what Programme best suits you. As a starting point, many of our learners start from our Traineeship Programme before progressing to an Apprenticeship.
